The Yinkos Tutorial website is owned, operated and maintained by Yinkos Ltd. By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use this website. For the purpose of this agreement, 'We', 'Our', 'Us' and 'Yinkos Tutorial' shall mean Yinkos Tutorial. 'Tutee' will henceforth mean a person who uses the site to seek tutoring from Us. 'Tutor' will mean an individual skilled in a subject, contracted by Us to tutor. 'Users' refer to Tutors and Tutees.
We may use the singular and plural forms of the terms defined above interchangeably throughout this agreement. Masculine terms will apply also to the feminine gender and vice versa.
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
Service
Yinkos Tutorial provides a medium to connect Tutors and Tutees for the purpose of tutoring. We facilitate exchange of information between both parties.
Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to change any aspect of the service as well as the terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Users agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or discontinuance of the service.
Termination Right
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict use of our website with or without notice for any reason or no reason at all.
Registration
Tutors and Tutees agree to provide true and accurate information when registering on this website. Providing inaccurate or untrue information about oneself is grounds for suspension or termination of service.
Users are fully responsible for protecting your login details, including username and password. This includes signing out after using the site. If a User detects unauthorized access or use of his account details, he must notify Us immediately.
Mode of Conduct
Users agree to not solicit private tutoring or recruit Tutors without prior written permission of the management of Yinkos Tutorial. Tutees agree that not to ask a Tutor for any personal information, including full names, addresses, or any other information that can be used in identifying the Tutor. Tutees also agree not provide Tutors any personal details, including full name, address, and any other information with which a Tutor can identify him. Failure to comply with this provision may lead to termination of service.
Users agree you will not do anything to tamper with our system. This includes hacking or trying to receive tutoring without paying.
Users agree to conduct themselves in civil order during tutoring sessions. They agree not to use any defamatory words with one another while tutoring.
Tutors agree to prepare adequately for all tutoring sessions booked for to make sessions as useful as possible for Tutees.
Sessions
Tutoring sessions will take place at a time and location agreed upon between the Tutor and the Tutee.
Tutees agree to pay for all sessions right after the provision of service by cash or bank transfer.
If a Tutee is unable to attend a tutoring session, he will be able to cancel the session by logging into his online account and following the provided instructions. He/She will be required to cancel within 48 hours from the session start time otherwise he/she are liable to pay for the session.
Tutor Obligations
The Tutor agrees that he must be able to provide evidence of being able to tutor the subject he applies to tutor on our request.
Tutors agree that he will attend all tutoring sessions he has been booked for in a timely manner.
If a tutor is unable to attend a tutoring session for any reason whatsoever, he agrees to notify us using procedure agreed upon with us. Tutors agree that missing tutoring sessions or being late for sessions habitually is grounds for termination of service.
Tutors agree to receive a payment of £37.50 for every hour of tutoring twice a month: on the 1st and 15th.
He agrees to provide his Paypal information after being approved to tutor the subject he has applied for.
Tutors agree to arrive promptly at the Tutoring location agreed with the Tutee at the session start time.
If the Tutee does not show up, the Tutor can assume that the Tutee will not attend the session and should sign out.
Tutee Obligations
Tutees agree to attend all tutoring sessions he books in a timely manner.
He agrees to provide the Tutor, in a timely matter, with sufficient details of the relevant location, to ensure that appropriate access is available to the Tutor at all relevant times and that such premises are suitable and safe for the provision of the Tutoring Session.
In the event that a Tutor is not able to attend a session for whatever reason, the Tutee will not be charged for the session.
